1969 AL Standings as of June 1

June 1, 1969

The Baltimore Orioles hit a rough stretch at the end of May but still lead the AL East by 5 games over my Detroit Tigers. The Boston Red Sox are under-performing so far and the Washington Senators continue to surprise with their good play. The Oakland Athletics and the Minnesota Twins are tied on top of the AL West. It looks like they may battle throughout the season. The California Angels have lost 16 in a row, the worse losing streak I've ever seen a team have.
